Where are we located?

SunrReal’s headquarters is based in High Point, North Carolina

How long does an order take to ship?

Our “Ready-To-Go” program guarantees same day shipment if ordered by 3pm EST 

How will my order ship?

We ship orders by FedEx or UPS ground. Pallet(up to 25 rolls per pallet) shipments will be sent by LTL. If you prefer to use your own trucking company or ground service, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs

Do I get a warranty on fabrics?

All cushion grade fabric (furniture fabric) is backed by our five year limited warranty

What is SunReal acrylic fabric?

100% solution-dyed branded acrylic. Our fabric is made with color pigments throughout the fabric instead of just on the surface. This allows our fabric to stay true to color for a long period of time. 

Our fabrics are also water resistant. Scoring 90 out of 100 on the AATCC spray test.

Do you sell cut yards?

SunReal sells by the roll to pass on the best savings possible to our customers!

However, we do have distributors that carry our fabric for cut yards. Contact us to get the distributor information.

What finish is done on SunReal fabrics?

Our fabrics have a fluorocarbon finish which offers UV, mildew and abrasion resistances.

WARRANTY

Our 5-year limited warranty makes SunReal Fabrics guaranteed against becoming unserviceable due to: Loss of color, Loss of strength, Abrasion, Pilling from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications. In the rare instances where our SunReal fabrics do not meet the performance outlined above, SunReal will resolve the issue as follows for approved claims:

Within three years of consumer purchase or installation date:

In addition to replacing the fabric with new equivalent fabric, SunReal will arrange to or otherwise pay up to $40 USD per linear yard in labor costs to replace or reupholster any impacted cushions, umbrellas, window treatments, or upholstered portions of furniture

After three years and until five years from date of consumer purchase:

SunReal will supply new equivalent fabric to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation, except as noted in this warranty. SunReal’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. SunReal reserves the right to require proof of purchase and inspect any fabric submitted for claim.

HOW TO CLEAN

One of the best ways to keep SunReal fabrics looking good is to brush off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics and wipe up spills or clean soon after a stain occurs. The quicker you clean spills and stains, the easier they can be to remove.

For spills or stains on your SunReal fabric:

– Blot (don’t rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent such as corn starch, then remove with a straight edge.

– Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap and water.

– Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue.

– Air dry.

Cleaning Removable Fabric

Hand Washing

Soak fabric in a solution of 1⁄4 cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water. Use a sponge or very soft bristle brush to lightly agitate the stain. Then rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, and allow fabric to air dry.

Machine washing

Some removable casings can be washed in the washing machine, however consult the furniture manufacturer before removing the casing as cushion construction may vary. To wash, first close all zippers. Machine wash in cold water on the delicate cycle with normal amounts of mild laundry detergent. For severe mold or mildew, add 1 cup of bleach. Allow fabric to air dry.
